Evaluate in the real organization
Trial the same editors and repository permissions used by the team. Confirm whether policy is set by an organization or by an individual account. Compare the features actually enabled for that account rather than a combined marketing feature list.
Count adoption overhead
A trial should include onboarding a second developer, reviewing their changes and revoking access afterward. If preserving the existing workflow is the goal, record how much new configuration the trial introduced.
